Appartement très agréable dans une petite rue calme, très bien placé à proximité des métros et taxis. Très propre, très fonctionnel, beaucoup de rangements. Idéal pour voyager en famille. Je recommande vivement. Vincent a été un hôte réactif et très professionnel.

Die Unterkunft ist in jeglicher Hinsicht wie beschrieben und man bekommt was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist - ein chic eingerichtetes Apartment ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack aber mit allem was ma braucht, um eine tolle und sorgenfreie Zeit zu verbringen. Die Lage des Apartments ist grandios, man ist mitten in der Stadt, nur einen kleinen Fußmarsch entfernt vom Eifelturm - und dennoch ist es in den Räumlichkeiten unglaublich ruhig und man schläft entsprechend gut. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell wenn nötig. Wir werden hier sehr gerne erneut einchecken, bei unserem nächsten Besuch dieser grossartigen Stadt.

This was a great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The place also had hair dryers with diffusing attachments, so great if you have a curly or straightening routine! The location was ideal, very close to grocery, shops (including pharmacies Eiffel for all of your French skincare needs!), metro and restaurants but not surrounded by tourists. It was very quiet. We tried two of the recommended restaurants and they were very good— definitely check out the recommended places! The apartment is close to the Eiffel Tower and over the week of our stay we walked there three times. Vincent was quick to respond to questions and also very helpful with questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a gem! We enjoyed our stay at Vincent’s place. Such a great location in a very local neighborhood with tons of shopping and great restaurants. Easy to get around, walkable to everything you might need including attractions. Apartment is spotless and we had plenty of space for a family of 4 (we had two small kids with us). Thank you once again, can’t wait to come back!

Excellent séjour pour 13 personnes dans cette grande maison très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, bien située et agréable. Arrivée autonome appréciée. Hôte très réactif et amical je recommande sans hésiter !

Location location location. It’s about a 4 minute walk from the train station that has 3 different lines. We took all the lines going around Paris. One of the lines takes you to the Eiffel Tower. Quiet area but 1 block away from restaurants and shopping. Comfortable and big enough for 4 people. You probably won’t spend much time there anyways. Vincent gave instructions on how to use things in the house. Definitely helped having washer and dryer available. Make sure you read his instructions. All your questions are answered there. Would definitely come back.

Perfect place for our week in Paris with our 5 kids! The layout was ideal - plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and each unit had its own kitchen, washer/dryer, and living area. We had everything we needed and more - tea/coffee, laundry detergent, soap/shampoo, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, plenty of outlets, etc. We felt very secure and safe with each unit having its own keypad lock. We also loved the workout room and used it every day. So many great restaurants nearby and 2 metro stations just a short walk away. Truly an amazing find and made our stay in Paris wonderful!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb places, and all around this was the best. We found this place based on excellent reviews and it lived up to them. The location is outstanding - quiet, a 5-7 minute walk from three metro stations that could get us anywhere, a fully furnished kitchen, and extremely easy check-in. Vincent is an outstanding host and the price is extremely reasonable for a 2/2 with a full kitchen. It was hardly more than a standard hotel room and we were so much more comfortable. I was impressed with how quickly Vincent responded to our messages before our stay. Everything about the stay was outstanding. Believe the reviews - this place is everything as advertised!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Paris. L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : très propre, agréable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité d’une bouche de métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans la ville. Le logement donne également sur une petite cour commune très calme, ce qui le rend particulièrement silencieux et reposant. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons ce logement sans hésitation. Merci pour l’accueil !

Vincent est un hôte très réactif. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est décoré avec goût et est semblable aux photos ! Nous recommandons et surtout nous revenons l'an prochain ! Encore merci :)
