Good to know

Check-in is done autonomously at all hours thanks to the electronic lock. Thanks to its private entrance on the street it is very easy to find the apartment and there are no stairs to climb. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a mattress and shape memory pillows and a 50'TV. A large wardrobe will allow you to store your belongings. In the private bathroom of the master bedroom you will enjoy a balneo bath (thermostatic faucet, jets, bubbles, chromotherapy), a sink and a toilet. In the living room you will find a wardrobe bed that opens a sofa and opens a real 160 x 200 cm bed with slats and a 20 cm thick memory mattress. There is a reading chair, a 50"TV with Airplay compatible Netflix and a table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, oven, induction plates, induction hobs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and cutlery. A separate bathroom is accessible with its tropical shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet. Super fast internet fiber optic connection Wifi throughout the apartment.

Other Details to Note

Please respect our neighbors: no parties, music at a reasonable volume, use the bedroom window only to open or close the shutters. Filming or taking photos for a broadcast, even if restricted, requires our prior agreement. Access to the apartment is reserved ONLY for the people mentioned on the reservation (except with prior agreement from us, non-compliance with this rule terminates the reservation immediately and the charge of €200 per unauthorized person). Each guest's identity is required to enter the premises. If you prefer physical check-in rather than virtual check-in, this is possible for €60 and an appointment will be scheduled for a one-hour time slot. On the security side, we inform you that the entrances and exits of the accommodation are under video surveillance via a camera in the entrance box. It is possible to add a guest until the day of your arrival for 15€/day/guest for the whole stay, a set of towels and a toilet kit will be provided for each. Sometimes it is possible to leave the accommodation later, depending on the time of arrival of the next guest, ask us. The fare is €40 for the first hour then €20 the following. Do not leave the apartment at the scheduled time without permission affects our organization and check-in for the following guests, in this case a fee of €60/h will be requested. A luggage storage service is available. You can drop off as much luggage as you want for €25per day or €40 for 2 days (check-in and check-out) The validation of the reservation constitutes unreserved acceptance of all these conditions

Die Unterkunft ist in jeglicher Hinsicht wie beschrieben und man bekommt was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist - ein chic eingerichtetes Apartment ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack aber mit allem was ma braucht, um eine tolle und sorgenfreie Zeit zu verbringen. Die Lage des Apartments ist grandios, man ist mitten in der Stadt, nur einen kleinen Fußmarsch entfernt vom Eifelturm - und dennoch ist es in den Räumlichkeiten unglaublich ruhig und man schläft entsprechend gut. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell wenn nötig. Wir werden hier sehr gerne erneut einchecken, bei unserem nächsten Besuch dieser grossartigen Stadt.

This was a great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The place also had hair dryers with diffusing attachments, so great if you have a curly or straightening routine! The location was ideal, very close to grocery, shops (including pharmacies Eiffel for all of your French skincare needs!), metro and restaurants but not surrounded by tourists. It was very quiet. We tried two of the recommended restaurants and they were very good— definitely check out the recommended places! The apartment is close to the Eiffel Tower and over the week of our stay we walked there three times. Vincent was quick to respond to questions and also very helpful with questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location location location. It’s about a 4 minute walk from the train station that has 3 different lines. We took all the lines going around Paris. One of the lines takes you to the Eiffel Tower. Quiet area but 1 block away from restaurants and shopping. Comfortable and big enough for 4 people. You probably won’t spend much time there anyways. Vincent gave instructions on how to use things in the house. Definitely helped having washer and dryer available. Make sure you read his instructions. All your questions are answered there. Would definitely come back.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb places, and all around this was the best. We found this place based on excellent reviews and it lived up to them. The location is outstanding - quiet, a 5-7 minute walk from three metro stations that could get us anywhere, a fully furnished kitchen, and extremely easy check-in. Vincent is an outstanding host and the price is extremely reasonable for a 2/2 with a full kitchen. It was hardly more than a standard hotel room and we were so much more comfortable. I was impressed with how quickly Vincent responded to our messages before our stay. Everything about the stay was outstanding. Believe the reviews - this place is everything as advertised!
