Our area is like a village, you can find everything you need just by walk. One of the best bakery at 1 min. The "Commerce" street has a lot of stores and famous restaurants (café du Commerce). This street is just 1 bloc from our apartment. You can go by walk to see the Eiffel Tower, The National Residence of the Invalides, Champ de Mars garden and Trocadero palace.

The check in can be done at any time with the electronic lock. Thanks to its private entrance on the street, the apartment is easy to find and has no stairs to climb. The room is equipped with a queen bed (160x200cm) with a mattress and pillows with memory of form. On each side of the bed you will have a wardrobe and 2 USB ports to charge your electronic devices. In its own private bathroom (marble tile on the pictures) you will find a shower (thermostatic faucet activating the tropical shower or jets), a sink, a hair dryer and a toilet. You can modulate the lighting in color, intensity or effects with a remote control. Living room : A bed cabinet 160x200cm with a 20cm thick memory foam mattress (this device allows to have a real bed with a thick mattress and slatted frame when it is open and a sofa when it is close), 49" television, bluetooth sound bar, table for 4 people. Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and utensils A separate bathroom (french subway tiles on the pictures) is available with balneo shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet. Fiber Internet: Wifi and ethernet plugs

Please respect our neighbors : no party, reasonable musical volume, use the window on court only to open or close the shutters. Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. A camera record the entrances and exits. The apartment access is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule stop the booking immediatly). When you book for more than 2 people the sofa bed in the living room will be prepare and the sheets are included. If you book for 2 people and want to use the living room bed, ask it at least 24 hours in advance, the extra fee is 20€. It's possible to add guest until the check-in day for 15€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. Sometimes a late check out is possible depending of the next guest arrival time, ask us. The price is 20€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours. If you check out late without authorization it will affect our organisation and next guest check in, in this case 40€/hour fee will be apply. A luggage storage is possible subject to availability next to the apartment to enjoy the city before or after your booking. Ask us as soon as possible

At 5 min by walk (2000 feet) you will find "La Motte Picquet Grenelle" station on the lines 8 (direct to Opera, Grands Boulevards, Republique) and 6 (direct to the Champs Elysées and Montparnasse station to go to Versailles castle)
