We stayed here as a family of 4 and found it beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. Quiet and safe neighborhood, easy walk to Metro, walking distance from Eiffel Tower, lots of bakeries and restaurants close by. Vincent was very good at communicating everything we needed to know. 100% recommend and would love to stay here again!

Nous sommes totalement d’accord avec tous les excellents commentaires laissés par les visiteurs précédents.
Nous avons séjourné à 10 , Grands-parents, enfants, petits-enfants. Nous avions réservé tous les espaces et chacun avait son côté privé . Nous nous retrouvions dans la salle commune . Cette disposition convenait particulièrement bien à notre groupe.
Merci à Loïc et Valentin pour leurs réactivité, gentillesse et bonnes adresses. Tout est bien rôdé, les codes fonctionnent, les appartements sont très bien équipés, les explications sont claires . Bravo!

The place is close to attractions and lot of restaurants around the area. The unit is clean when we get there. Would like to stay again when I come back to Paris!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência em Paris com a hospedagem de Vincent e Loic. Extremamente disponíveis, proativos, gentis. O apartamento possui ótima localização e a possibilidade (conforme disponibilidade) de check in antecipado e depósito de bagagem para malas no dia de chegada e saída foi muito útil. O material enviado em pdf com as instruções da casa e ainda sugestões de restaurantes, linhas de metrô e pontos turísticos demonstrou o quanto são organizados e preparados para receber os hóspedes e contribuiu para a nossa experiência positiva em Paris. Com certeza recomendamos esta hospedagem!

Endroit vraiment superbe ! La déco est hyper soignée et originale. Le logement est très fonctionnel, propre. L'arrivée est facilité. Nos hôtes très disponibles et flexibles. Bref absolument PARFAIT

Vincent’s place was the perfect spot to explore beautiful Paris while having some peace and quiet as well. We were a group of 4 and it was the perfect size. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and clean throughout. Vincent was very helpful with instructions and responding to messages. The option to store our luggage was very helpful and appreciated as we arrived early. The apartment is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and several restaurants and cafes. We cannot recommend this stay enough!!

Vincent and Loïc are incredibly quick to respond (time zones pending), very helpful and great communication. Excellent to deal with.
Main bed is ridiculously comfortable. Stay here!

Hands down the best managed Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I have never had a host as caring and helpful as Loic. If I should return to Paris I would look no further for lodging than these beautiful apartments…this would be my choice. If there was an option to give 5 stars twice, Loic’s place would get it. Just wished I could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

El lugar te hace sentir como en casa, todo muy ordenado y limpio, el huésped se comportó muy amable y servicial en todo momento, la ubicación es muy buena y encuentras todo muy cerca.
Volvería a reservar al mismo lugar en una próxima visita.
