Le Relais Cocorico

Vincent and Loic's house is amazing. A rare find in Paris, it has 4 totally separate spaces each with its own bedroom, shower and toilet. 3 of the spaces even have their own living room and kitchen. There is also a common space with another kitchen, large dining table, comfortable sofa and huge projector and screen. As a family of 5 with 3 teenagers this set up was perfect for us. All the spaces are extremely well-designed with great attention to detail, as well as comfortable to use. Vincent was an incredible host. He proactively coordinated with us before arrival, showed us around during check-in, stocked the fridge with local products, made sure we have everything we need during our stay, and came back to say goodbye when we left. It is evident he and Loic are very passionate about being great hosts. The neighbourhood is pleasant and very well connected by public transportation to all corners of the city. In summary, we are definitely planning to stay here again in the future!

Everything was perfect! The most important part for me is cleanliness, and the place was very clean, modern and beautiful . Love the neighborhood, close to everywhere you go as a first time Paris visitor. I would definitely consider this stay again if I visit Paris.
