The hosts were flexible and on top of their communication! I really enjoyed the PDF documents for each condo with detailed instructions on everything! We really enjoyed our stay and it was plenty large for the two families (9 people).

Great location since we got to jog on the Seine to the Eiffel Tower so easily. Michelin starred Japanese restaurant next door. Luggage storage was convenient. Blackout curtains helped us get good rest after jet lag.

This was the perfect place for us when we spent a week in Paris. Great apartment with all the things you’d want and need in a place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Paris including being easily accessible on the ground floor, multiple bathrooms, a separate kitchen/dining/tv room, a washer and dryer, the most accommodating and responsive hosts, fun decor, and easy access to the metro and taxi stations. The hosts were incredible; not only did they anticipate our needs, they were very responsive to any questions, accommodating with special requests, and gave great recommendations and clear instructions. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood full of restaurants, stores, specialty shops, bakeries, cafes and more. It’s a two minute walk to the metro station and a short walk to stand beneath the Eiffel Tower. We loved it and would absolutely recommend the apartment and the hosts to anyone looking for a cute little spot to call home when they stay including Paris.

We were traveling with a party of 10 and had a great stay. The hosts, Loic and Vincent were easy to communicate with online and in person. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and fun to be in. The host’s recommendations for places to eat and bakeries were terrific. We would stay there again.

This was an excellent place to stay. While compact, there was enough space four adults and two kids. The sofa bed was very comfortable, and it is in a quiet street so we all slept well. The air conditioning was quiet and effective, which we really appreciated having arrived on a 38 degree day. The kids enjoyed having Netflix (there is a tv in each room). The neighbourhood is lively and it’s a quick walk to three different metro stations. Definitely recommend!

Wow - what an amazing Airbnb Loïc and Vincent have. They have literally thought of everything in that place. They have impeccable taste and a keen eye for detail which shows through this incredibly well appointed, spotlessly clean, perfectly located accommodation. We had two families staying - 4 adults and 5 kids - and we could not have been more comfortable. What a treat for us all to be able to stay together and have so much space. My family from Melbourne and my brother’s family from New York don’t get these opportunities to spend such quality time together so for us to be able to do this in one of the world’s great cities in a part of Paris I would choose to live in if I moved there was special. Vincent and Loïc are a delight and their warmth, kindness, friendliness and responsiveness only added to what felt like a once in a lifetime experience. We all said it was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Loïc and Vincent. We will be back!

We had a great stay in Paris! A 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, this apartment is also about a 5 minute walk to three metro stops. We found it to be quiet, safe, not at all touristy, and very easy to come and go from our activities - as well an enjoy morning runs along the Seine! The house guide is rich with information about local restaurants and attractions. There are tons of restaurants that are easily walkable - and 90% of the patrons are local folks. The hosts were so responsive, kind, and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again if we (hopefully) get to Paris again!

Vincent and Loic were excellent hosts. Their place was impeccable and perfect for my wife and I, plus our 4 children and 6 grands! Multiple suites were exactly what we needed. The place was so clean and quiet at night. The movie theater screen downstairs was so much fun for the kids. One night we a severe thunderstorm with some blow in water in one apartment. The owners were on top of things, coming right away in the night and cleaning up the water… making all right! Simply put, this is an excellent place to stay in Paris!
